Okay, so I don't have an official award to present, but if I did, ErgoPouch would win my Best Baby Product Award. You don't have to just take my word for it. ErgoPouch won an iParenting Media Award Outstanding Product this year. If you think you know what a sleep sack is, let me tell you, you don't know what a great sleep sack is, until you have used the ErgoPouch.

I have always used sleep sacks with my kids. I didn't want to worry about them suffocating themselves with their blankets or kicking them off in the middle of the night and not being able to put it back over themselves once they got older. I generally used them for my own piece of mind. Did they help them sleep better? I don't know. But the first night I put Luke in the ErgoPouch, he slept better than he ever had before. I was sold.

The Organic Cotton Quilt ErgoPouch is made from organic 300 thread count sheeting inside and out with natural organic cotton filling which helps to regulate body temperatures and allergies. Another feature that makes this sleep sack unique are the stretch inserts at the shoulders and sides that allow your child to move freely and comfortably. It zips from the top and the bottom which is fabulous. You can change a diaper without taking the child completely out in the middle of the night. It is these little details that make the ErgoPouch stand out from all the rest. Did I also mention that the ErgoPouch is strictly compliant with all safety regulations and will assist with the prevention of SIDS?

There really isn't anything that I can say that I don't like about this product. It is so comfortable that I want to crawl in one (no luck, they don't sell them in my size). The ErgoPouch comes in 3 different temperature weights (warm, mild and cool) and 4 different styles (Alpaca, Organic Cotton Quilt, Bamboo Fleece and Bamboo Sheeting). We live where it gets very cold and I love knowing Luke is snug and warm in his ErgoPouch. That piece of mind is priceless.

I learned that Baby sleeping bags provide the perfect mix of comfort, safety & convenience for both baby and caregiver. Because the baby is essentially wearing their blanket, you are assured that they are consistently warm and free from becoming entangled in their bedding. And when babies sleep longer and peacefully, so does the whole household! Additionally, ErgoPouch is designed to safely replace costly bedding, which makes it an exceptional value as well. amypugmire@live.com

I learned that Alpaca has softness like no other natural fiber. Most people find alpaca apparel to be without the itch associated with wool. It is also very lightweight, yet warmer than wool. I knew about that safety aspects already.

Oh I didn't know they even made these past "infant" age!! I'd totally get Charlie one. She loves to be all snuggled up. Anyway, I learned that " ErgPouch is not a garment, but simply complements whatever type of garment your baby wears to bed by keeping them snuggly & warm all night long." -- SMART! I love that you can control how warm your child will be, year round.

I was curious abcz we have lots of allergies in our family and I learned that:

Most people who have wool based allergies will not be allergic to alpaca. Alpaca doesn't contain lanolin found in wool (lanolin holds dust and microscopic allergens that often create allergies associated to wool).

What does alpaca fiber feel like?
Alpaca has softness like no other natural fiber. Most people find alpaca apparel to be without the itch associated with wool. It is also very lightweight, yet warmer than wool.

    Thanks for the giveaway >^..^<
